This is a private party venue fairly new to Brooklyn, near the Greenpoint subway station on the G line. They have parties in a rented facility on Thursday nights that draws a pretty good crowd. The line-up of strippers is toward the muscular beefy side.
Johnny from buffboyzz and Tim are the organizers. Tim manages the house and Johnny brings the boys. It is a friendly atmosphere with stripper fans from the New York area that long for the glory days of the Gaiety Theater in Manhattan and before, when there were a lot of male strip clubs in NYC. It is not hard to strike up a conversation with like-minded men and compare notes of strip clubs visited around the country.
This night, 3/25/2010, there was a line-up of about a dozen men. The strippers mainly came on stage in underwear and danced. That was it. A couple teased with tugging at their drawers for a peak of the goods, but mostly it was advertisement for lapdances which were offered afterwards in a curtained off area. Only one dancer, JR, who is amply endowed, seemed comfortable with full nudity on stage and also seemed to share his gifts with customers in the lap dance area.
Other strippers seemed mainly interested in body worship. A couple seemed to be genuinely enthusiastic about interacting with customers on a friendly, fun loving basis. But it was truly a tame evening, eveybody behaving themselves so as not to jeopardize this fledgling new scene in town.
I had a good time with JR and also with many of the other fans who I have heard of on other sites over the years. A good evening and recommended value for the $10 cover charge at the door.
